Yunoshi Mizuno ….. Light and L

Okay, so I know Death Note has nothing to do with Arashi but it was a movie on my list that I needed to get over with and after watching Ooku, I decided to get that movie out of the way.

My review might not be as good as I had hope since I watched it last night and didn’t get a chance to write it down until now which is 24 hrs later. A lot was on my mind since then. None the less, here’s my impression on Ooku.

Ooku

It’s so sad. I cried and cried. Mizuno is so cool. He’s super nice and considerate of other people. His mother caught my heart when Mizuno said that even though they were poor, his mother never sold his body for money. She is a very wonderful mother.

Nino is an excellent actor however I have to admit that his height was at a disadvantage here. Regardless the movie was the best and Nino really is a professional actor. His skills are really something to admire. Lol, it was cute how Nino had to keep eating rice ball at the last scene with Maki because the director wanted it to be perfect. I was also shock to discovery that his last day of filming was the scene he killed.

I enjoy the movie so much that I can watch it over again and again. I love all of O-Nobu (his childhood friend/lover) and Mizuno’s part together. In short, Nino and Maki’s parts were so cute and adorable. Him carrying her, him kissing her, she crying and hugging him, every scene, it was heartwarming and touching.

On the other hand, I really like the highness O-Nobu. She is the best. I think her first lover was maybe Mizuno. It’s so sad. She was a wonderful person who did everything for her people. The disease in the movie which only affects man was super scary. (Sorry forgot the name for it.)

Nino’s scrawny body was super sexy. Those sex scene were embarrassing to watch, however Nino was so cute. =^_^=

I highly recommend watching this movie.

Death Note

Okay, so this movie is super old and I have it since forever like five or six years ago and my family have already seen it back then however I never got the chance to watch it. After watching Ooku, I needed something to watch and since Death Note was on the list, I decided to get it out of the way. The way I decided on what to watch is really complicated so I will not explain it. ^^’

So Light is cute and I honestly thought he look similar to Ohno, yet Ohno is more childlike. I guess Ohno has a baby face or I don’t know how to explain it, even my mom mistook Light for Ohno. Sorry Light and Ohno. Of course being a bias Arashi lover and Ohno lover, I have to say that Ohno is the best.

Continuing on, Light was a good person who was doing everything for his definition of justice, however he was evil. I didn’t really understood Ryuk, I knew he didn’t pick a side between Light and L but then I didn’t understand why he decided to kill Light at the end. Then I came to the conclusion that if he had killed those people for Light, he would have turned into sand too.

Light was a genius, he outsmarts a lot of people. Even though L knew it was Light, everyone was on Light side so I believe that L would not have been able to catch Light if it was not because of the second Kira, Misa. Misa was annoying but then I understand her role. Light was very careful, so I believe he wouldn’t have been caught if it wasn’t for Misa. Light even had the Shinagami to his advantage, which L didn’t know about.

I like L. I honestly can’t believe Ken was L. He look so different now (same but also different), no offense to anyone. L was super cool however he was losing to Light most of the time, I blame the policeman for not believing him. I was also disappointed that L let his guard down when he met Misa however I am so glad it was all for show. However, Light was so smart and even planed everything out when he decided to lose his memory to save Misa. Light was evil though, he wasn’t going to save Misa if it wasn’t for Rem. Rem was a nicer shinagami. I thought Light would have been better off if he didn’t regain his memory, however he was too greedy for power. Misa was pretty but annoying. She really loves Light and that was sad. Overall, I really like her as an actress.

It would have been nice if Light and L was friend. L first appearance was super cool. Its sad how he use his life in exchange to capture Light however it was smart because he wrote his own death which means that he knew how and when he’ll die. On the other hand, it prevents the others to kill him.

I didn’t like the ending. Everyone remember Light but no one remembers L. I thought L was the better person. Light was good too but he became evil and selfish. I thought he had no feelings because he killed without remorse, even his girlfriend. He even planned to kill his dad. In short, why couldn’t someone remember L at the end either?

L proves to be a genus at the end with his planned on capturing Light. Good, since I was starting to doubt whether he was a genus or not. Before that, I really thought he was only a genus in word because he was not progressing but it turns out he already thought things through. Light was really smart though until the end. If Light hadn’t overlooked the idea that L was still be on to him and had already taken the notebook, then he would have won. However, L was a step ahead of him.

I really like the movie not really though. It was sad. There were a lot of evil people. The criminals who was killed and the people who murder using the book were just as evil all together. I was annoyed that everyone was on Light side and didn’t believe L, however I guess that was how the movie progress. I’m getting a head ach so I guess this is all.

I wouldn’t really recommend it unless you are bored, need something to watch or is a fan of the casts.
